cosskill provides AI-powered public persona chat for rehearsal and structured thinking. Key points:

• Personas are method personas — they simulate communication styles for practice purposes
• They are not real person clones and do not represent the actual views of any public figure
• Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased

The Service does not require registration or login. Chat sessions are anonymous and identified only by browser-generated session IDs stored in your localStorage.

You agree not to use cosskill to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content
• Harass, stalk, defame, or threaten any individual
• Impersonate a real person for deceptive or malicious purposes
• Plan or facilitate violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
• Extract content that could be used for manipulation, blackmail, or fraud
• Attempt to circumvent safety boundaries or persona guardrails
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service at scale without permission

Responses from personas are AI-generated and are not professional advice. Specifically:

• Not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic counsel
• Not a replacement for professional communication coaching
• Should not be relied upon for consequential decisions without independent verification

The Service, including its design, code, persona configurations, and branding, is the property of cosskill. You retain ownership of any original content you input into chat sessions. AI-generated responses are not claimed as your exclusive intellectual property.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cosskill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these terms. Since no accounts are required, termination may be applied at the IP or session level.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
