Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at each renewal. We will not provide additional notice of renewal beyond what is stated here.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Creem. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

The Service, including its design, code, persona configurations, and branding, is the property of cosskill. You retain ownership of any original content you input into chat sessions. AI-generated responses are not claimed as your exclusive intellectual property.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature, active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of their billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cosskill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access to your account.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
