cosskill is an AI-powered communication practice platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
You can use cosskill without an account. If you choose to sign in, we collect:
If you sign in via Google, we receive only your email and display name from Google's authentication service. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other Google account data.
For anonymous users, chat data is linked to a browser-generated identifier stored in localStorage. For signed-in users, chat sessions are associated with your account to enable cross-device access.

We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by Creem, our third-party payment processor. Please refer to Creem's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Google Analytics data is collected with IP anonymization enabled. Microsoft Clarity may record on-page interactions (clicks, scrolls, and page content visible during a visit). Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields where possible, but you should avoid entering personal information into chat or forms while browsing if you prefer not to be recorded.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. We will never send you marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Chat messages are sent to DeepSeek to generate AI responses. DeepSeek processes messages in transit and does not store conversation data for model training.
Handles all payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Creem collects and stores your payment method details (credit card, etc.) directly. We receive only subscription status updates, customer IDs, and billing period information via secure webhooks. See Creem's Privacy Policy.
Used for Google sign-in. We receive a signed identity token containing your email and display name. No other Google account data is accessed.
Used for anonymous usage analytics with IP anonymization. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google for analytics purposes.
Used for heatmaps and session replay to improve site usability. Clarity collects interaction data (clicks, scrolls, page views) and may capture page content visible during a session. Data is processed by Microsoft. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Clarity data collection documentation.
Infrastructure provider. All data is stored on Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
cosskill is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through our service, please contact us immediately.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, and third-party services (DeepSeek, Creem, Google, Microsoft) may process data in their respective jurisdictions. By using the service, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes affecting how we handle your personal data, we will notify signed-in users via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
